About United Ajod
United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) was formed through the merger of United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited and Ajod Insurance Limited and commenced joint operations on 28 May 2023 (14 Jestha 2080), licensed by the Nepal Insurance Authority. The merger combined two established non-life insurers with roughly three decades of legacy in the Nepali market. The company operates a network of around 110 offices across the country with over 500 employees and is listed on NEPSE under the symbol UAIL. It is an ISO 9001 certified organisation headquartered at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu.
