Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. was registered on 2075/12/24 and licensed as a "D" class financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank on 2076/06/01, with its head office in Panauti-04, Kavrepalanchowk. It is promoted by Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. and Kumari Bank Ltd. and operates across 21 districts through 60 branches. The institution targets rural communities, low-income households and deprived populations, offering microloans, compulsory and voluntary member savings, and financial education, with an emphasis on women's empowerment.
